ski trip with the Week 13 Ski Group.
This
includes the Terms & Conditions, the
Medical Form and the
Booking
Form.
The
Booking Form is very similar to the one you have used in the past.
The only slight difference is that your attention is draw to the
Week 13
Terms & Conditions. We strongly recommend that you print
this out and fully digest before proceeding with you booking. The
Medical Form is also required to be completed to inform us of any
existing medical conditions. All the information is treated as
strictly confidential by the Week 13 Ski Group.
